Meet Mycheala

Mycheala Holley (MY-kay-lah Haw-lee) is a trusted leader, legal professional, and pioneering force in community-centered policy and strategic development. As the Founder and CEO of Holley Community Solutions LLC (HCS), she is redefining how advocacy, law, and consulting intersect to create lasting, equitable impact across Northeast Ohio and beyond.

A proud Akron native, Mycheala’s journey has been marked by an unwavering commitment to empowering communities and advancing justice. Her distinguished career spans federal, state, and local government, where she has held influential roles shaping policy and strengthening civic engagement. She previously served as an Ohio District Director of Outreach in the U.S. House of Representatives, advancing initiatives focused on food security, equitable housing, and federal investment in underrepresented communities. Her public service also includes serving as the North-Central Ohio Regional Representative in the United States Senate, where she managed a nine-county region, and as a Legislative Aide in the Ohio House of Representatives, leading impactful community initiatives and public forums.

Now a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, Mycheala brings a powerful legal lens to her work, further solidifying her role as a forward-thinking advocate and strategist. She also holds a degree from The Ohio State University. Her leadership and impact have earned her numerous honors, including the Greater Akron Chamber 30 for the Future Award, the Marian Wright Edelman Award for Social Change, and The Ohio State University African American Heritage Woman of the Year Award.

Under Mycheala’s leadership, Holley Community Solutions has emerged as a dynamic firm at the forefront of social impact consulting—blending legal insight, policy expertise, and community engagement to deliver sustainable solutions. As a visionary entrepreneur, she is actively expanding HCS into a full-service law and strategic consulting firm, positioning it as a model for innovative, justice-driven practice.

Beyond her professional work, Mycheala is a devoted mother to her daughter, Adela, and a committed community leader. She is an active member of the Akron Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, serves within her church’s ministry team, and contributes to organizations such as the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce and the Akron Urban League Young Professionals. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, traveling, staying active, and spending quality time with loved ones.
